We have a lovely gas fireplace in the master suite that puts out some heat. To turn on the gas fireplace, simple take the remote (pictured below) and point the remote red dot side toward the fireplace sensor tucked below the fireplace and press the button. The fire should immediately come on. Turning it off is done the exact same way. Just one button. If you have any problems, please contact the home owners for assistance.

Some of you may have noticed the thermostat in the room. That thermostat once controlled the old gas fireplace. This fireplace does not respond to the thermostat. Just use the remote control to turn the fireplace on and off as needed or desired.
